About Nikki
I have been a lifelong student of health and wellness. As a deeply sensitive soul, I have always been fascinated by the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. My own journey started over 30 years ago, searching for ways to quiet my inner critic, calm my nervous system, and find a sense of peace within myself. Along the way I discovered the power of acupuncture, meditation, self-compassion, and heart-centered awareness—practices that completely changed the way I move through life. Now, I help others do the same.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me at home with my husband, Tripp, and our little zoo—three dogs and two cats, who keep life interesting. I love curling up with a good book, diving into new studies on health and consciousness, and embracing the simple joys of a quiet, cozy life.
My mission is to help highly sensitive people and empaths like you appreciate your gifts, break free from destructive mind stories, and feel at home within yourself. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Healing Philosophy
In today’s fast-paced world, there are many threats to our health—but perhaps the most damaging is the common belief that we are our minds.
While the mind is a useful tool, it is not who you truly are. The mind is incapable of love, acceptance, or inner peace. When we identify with the mind, we often experience chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional disconnection.
At the heart of Nikki’s healing practice is the belief that true wellness begins when we reconnect with our authentic self—the part of us that is already whole, worthy, and deeply loved.
Through gentle, holistic treatments like acupuncture, EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), and mind-body energy work, Nikki helps clients release emotional blocks and trauma from the body. These natural therapies support emotional well-being, spiritual growth, and a sense of inner calm.
When you remember who you really are, life begins to feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
easier.
