About Nikki Minges, Licensed Acupuncturist
My passion for healing began early in life, sparked by significant physical challenges I faced as an adolescent. Navigating those difficult years inspired me to look beyond conventional medicine and explore acupuncture, nutrition, mindfulness, and other holistic approaches. What I discovered not only helped me better understand my body and reduce stress, but also empowered me to regain a greater sense of health, resilience, and quality of life. Those experiences ultimately inspired the work I do today.
In my quest to live well within my body, I fell in love with acupuncture and credit it with profoundly improving my quality of life while living with chronic illness. I experienced firsthand how deeply physical symptoms, the nervous system, stress, and emotional wellbeing are connected. I wanted to understand everything I could about this relationship and help others the way my first acupuncturist helped me.
With decades of hands on experience working closely with the body, extensive formal training in acupuncture and holistic healing, and years of clinical practice, I bring empathy, technical knowledge, and lived experience to my work. My approach is calm, grounded, and highly individualized, with a focus on helping people feel supported, understood, and more at ease in their bodies and daily lives.
When I am not working with clients, you will usually find me at home with my husband, Tripp, and our little zoo of three dogs and two cats. I love reading, cooking nourishing meals, learning about health and human behavior, and enjoying the simple comforts of a quiet, cozy life.
